U-value and Condensation Risk Calculation Competency - The BBA has introduced a Scheme for assessing and monitoring U-value and condensation risk calculation competency which will promote and assist accurate, objective and consistent calculation of U-values and condensation risk within buildings.  The content of the Scheme was devised in association with TIMSA.

Building Regulations - Approved Documents published - The 2010 version of Part L (Energy) was published on 30 April. In addition Part F (Ventilation), Part J (Combustion Appliances) and three Compliance Guides for domestic services, non-domestic services and ventilation have also been published.
